You may never realize the impact of the environment has on you and how it shapes your personality, value and competency. Take an example of a gifted child, if he/she is not put in the right place to cultivate his/her talents, work and learn with people of similar level, they may turn out to be an ordinary child, or even worse because they can't perform well in some common activities children do, like reading.
Workplace is the same. You need to surround yourself with people living their dream so that you can grow and live your dream as well. If the people you work for do not inspire you, excite you and want to do the epic things, you are in the wrong place. At the end, it's about the people who shape the organization and build the culture.
So look at my boss and the colleagues around, I know it's time to quit.
